OMG, Every girl in my high school (Samuel Ayer HS Milpitas, Calif) wore this stuff. You could only see green frost, blue frost, or purple frost eyelids for miles. LOL for bringing back the memories!
I got a "captcha" last week that read: FESTIVE MAKEUP. I did a screen grab of it, convinced that facebook was indeed spying on me.
