'Powder-Twist' automatic eye shadow (1973 print ad)

"... The eye shadow of the future.
Make it yours today."

Times change, styles change, and change again.

"Exactly enough" pre-measured color, you say - - ??

A relative term, surely.
Results may vary.

'Way too much' for some.

'Almost there' for others.

(Drag divas, glam rockers and circus clowns spring to mind.)

OMG, Every girl in my high school (Samuel Ayer HS Milpitas, Calif) wore this stuff. You could only see green frost, blue frost, or purple frost eyelids for miles. LOL for bringing back the memories!

I got a "captcha" last week that read: FESTIVE MAKEUP. I did a screen grab of it, convinced that facebook was indeed spying on me.

Must...feature...this...over...at...A Touch Of Tuesday Weld.

If you don't mind, that is. I always like to give nods to fellow bloggers I like, and when you feature 1973 eyeshadow ads, well, all the better.
