Let's not try to sell a specific brand of tea, instead, let's just concentrate on selling the idea of tea...

As to the artwork in this full-page 1961 magazine ad, darned if it doesn't look to me so very reminiscent of the characters in William Steig's 'The Lonely Ones'.
- - Though by the '60's, Steig's drawing style had changed pretty radically from the work he'd done twenty-odd years earlier.

Can anyone out there identify this ad's unknown artist?
